Wrapped sausages

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
4 sausages
oil
salt
pepper

Wrapped sausages

Preparation:

Cut chicken breast transversely in fillets. Cut each fillet in thin strips. Cut sausages into pieces approximately equal width strips of chicken breast.

Wrap pieces of sausage in chicken breast and secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Fry in hot oil until evenly browned.
Serve with garlic and hot polenta.
