Chicken meatballs with vegetables

1 kg minced chicken meat
1 egg
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 zucchini
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 bunch green onions
white flour or bread crumbs
salt and pepper

Minced meat is placed in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add crushed garlic, a raw egg and mix well.
Separately prepare vegetables. Peel carrots, potatoes and zucchini, grate and squeeze juice over. Then place in a pan with a little oil, with chopped green onions. Toughen vegetables about 10 minutes, then flip over minced meat and mix well.
Form small balls of composition, which are rolled in flour or breadcrumbs and fry in an oil bath until well browned. Remove on absorbent towel.
