Meat and mushroom pie

Butter for greasing pan
1 egg (to put over pie)

For the dough:
250 g flour
125 g soft butter or margarine
1 egg
1/3 cup of water
1 packet of baking powder

For the filling:
250 g minced meat
2 medium onions, chopped
10 fresh mushrooms (or 1 can of sliced mushrooms)
1 egg
100 g grated cheese
seasoning to taste

From ingredients for the dough knead a homogeneous dough, a little elastic. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the filling.

Mix the ingredients for the filling: minced meat, minced onion, cheese, mushrooms, egg and spices.

The dough is divided into two parts and stretch each one in a sheet on the size of tray in which will bake the pie.

Grease pan with butter, place a sheet of dough, cover evenly with filling and then place the second sheet of dough. Prick the top sheet from place to place with a fork, then pour over the beaten egg and spread all over.

Place pan in preheated oven at low heat 30-45 minutes, then another 10-15 minutes over high heat until brown.
