Lamb Drob

Ingredients:
1 kg lamb organs
2-3 onions
4-5 eggs
3 bunch green onions
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of dill
salt, pepper

Preparation:

Wash thoroughly lamb organs in cold water, clean the peels and blood clots. Boil in a pot with cold water, without salt, about 30 minutes.
After the organs were boiled, chop them finely.
Wash greens and onions, peel and chop them finely.
In a bowl mix chopped herbs with lamb organs and raw eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
The composition was poured into a cake tray and baked in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool into the tray and then cut into slices.
