Italian sardines cream

400 g cottage cheese
200 g butter
150 g cheese
100 g sardines
100 g chives
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper

Italian sardines cream


Peel and finely chop the chives. Grate the cheese. Crush the sardines with a fork.
Beat the butter (at room temperature) until it becomes foam, then add the sardines, cottage cheese cheese, chives, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Can use a blender to make the paste smoother.
Arrange on platter and garnish.
