Bruschetta with melted mozzarella

Ingredients:
250 g of mozzarella cheese
1 French baguette
3 tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper

Preparation:

Wash the tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Clean onions and garlic and chop finely.
In a bowl mix the tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper, then cover and store in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Cut baguette diagonally into 12 slices. The slices are placed on a tray and baked in the oven for 5 minutes and then the oven temperature is lowered to 120 ° C.
Place with a spoon equal amounts of tomato mixture on toasted bread slices and cover with slices of mozzarella.
Place the tray in the oven about 2 minutes until the cheese melts slightly and ooze over tomatoes.
Serve immediately.
