4 potatoes
2 eggs
50-100 g of cheese
salt, pepper

Fries with egg and cheese


Peel the potatoes, wash and cut strips or cubes. Place in pan with hot oil and fry evenly. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

When potatoes are ready, in a bowl, beat two eggs, pour into the pan over the potatoes and leave a few minutes longer, until the egg is done.
Arrange on plates and sprinkle liberally (or to taste) grated cheese.
Serve as it is, or with summer salads.
