Tomatoes stuffed with cheese

8 medium tomatoes
250 g of cheese
100 g of butter
5 tablespoons of sour cream
3 teaspoons lemon juice
salt, white pepper

Tomatoes stuffed with cheese


Wash well the tomatoes and cut the lids, then carefully scrape seeds. Store lids to cover the tomatoes.
Grate the cheese.
Whip the butter until it is foamy, then add the grated cheese and sour cream and mix well.
Add 3 teaspoons of lemon juice, salt and white pepper to taste and mix again.
Fill each tomato with cream cheese and cover with lid.
Serve on a platter decorated with herbs.
