Salmon fingers

Ingredients:
500 g fresh salmon
3 eggs
flour
paprika
curry
salt and pepper

Preparation:

Clean salmon scales and skin (if necessary), rinse and dry with paper towels, then cut strips as thick as a finger.
In a bowl, beat eggs well. Add paprika, curry, salt and pepper to taste, then incorporate flour until mixture is the consistency of thick cream.
Soak the pieces of fish composition, then fry in a pan with hot oil, a few minutes on each side until lightly browned.
Serve with garlic juice or garlic sauce.
