Breaded potatoes

Ingredients:
3-4 potatoes
2 eggs
flour
salt and pepper

Breaded potatoes

Preparation:

Clean the potatoes, wash and cut big cubes. Boil them in water with salt. You must not boil too much, not to crush. Once cooked, set aside and allow to cool.

In a bowl, beat the eggs well, then add the flour little by little (not to form lumps) until the mixture becomes the consistency of thick cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Soak pieces of boiled potato in the egg and flour mixture, and fry in hot oil in a preheated pan.

Serve warm or cold, plain or with steak.
