Chicken sandwich

Ingredients:
(3 pieces)
2-3 chicken thighs, boneless
6 slices of bread
grated cheese
spices
oil

Chicken sandwich

Preparation:

Wash meat, cut into small cubes and fry with a little oil and spices. When ready, set aside and allow to cool slightly.

On a slice of bread sprinkle cheese, then place pieces of meat, sprinkle again with cheese and cover with a slice of bread. Then put in the preheated oven for few minutes, or in a sandwich-maker, to melt a little the cheese.
