Muffins with ham

Ingredients:
2 eggs
200 g flour
100 ml of milk
100 g of cheese
100 g of ham
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of oil
salt and pepper

Muffins with ham

Preparation:

In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and finely grated cheese.

In another bowl mix milk, eggs, chopped bacon and oil. Then the contents of the bowl are poured into the dry ingredients.

Mix well with whisk or mixer until no longer lumpy.
Pour mixture into muffin pan to 3/4 of the height and bake in preheated oven at 180 °C for 40-50 minutes.
