Breaded zucchini

Ingredients:
2 small zucchini
1 egg
flour
oil
salt and pepper

Breaded zucchini

Preparation:

Peel zucchini and cut thick slices of 0.5 cm.
Beat the egg well and gradually add flour until the mixture has the density of a thick cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Soak the zucchini slices in egg mixture and flour, then fry in hot oil.
