Chicken and cheese omelette

5 eggs
4 boneless thighs
75-100 g of cheese
salt and pepper

Chicken and cheese omelette


Wash meat, cut into small pieces and fry in a pan with hot oil.
Grate cheese and beat well the eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
When the meat is browned on both sides, pour the eggs into the pan and fry over low heat until stiff. Turn the omelette on the other side and allow to cook for few more minutes.
Finally sprinkle with grated cheese.
