Tortilla with meat and mushrooms

2 chicken thighs cut strips
1 red onion sliced
1 green peppers cut strips
3 medium mushrooms sliced strips
grated cheese
salt and pepper

Tortilla with meat and mushrooms


In a pan with very little oil fry the meat, onions, peppers and mushrooms until meat is well cooked. Add spices, salt and pepper to taste.
Put grated cheese on half of the tortilla, add some meat mixed with vegetables, and then put grated cheese and fold tortillas. Press by hand and put in a non-stick pan, without oil, to cook. It is ready when the tortilla is nicely browned on both sides.
