Lamb drob (2)

Ingredients:
300 g of sheep liver
500 g lamb lung
200 g of onion
125 ml of oil
40 g flour
3 eggs
2 bunches of dill and / or parsley
1 caul or a sheet of dough
salt and pepper

Preparation:

Wash the liver and lungs and boil in water with a little salt. Once cooked, leave to cool and chop them finely.
Clean onions, chop them finely and fry in a little oil.
In a bowl mix well the liver, lungs, onion, chopped herbs, 2 eggs, salt and pepper. The mixture is wrapped in caul or a sheet of dough and place in a baking tray greased with oil. Beat an egg and coat the top, then bake in a preheated oven at medium heat.
