Chickpea salad with parsley

(Recipe suggested by Maria)
1 can chickpeas (400 g)
juice of a half lemon
1 bunch of parsley
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons oil

Chickpea salad with parsley


Wash parsley and chop finely. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
In a bowl, mix chickpeas (drained well of the juice) with parsley and garlic. Add oil and lemon juice.
