Eggplants drob

1 kg of eggplants
4 large onions
4 eggs
4 heaping tablespoons of semolina
2 bunches of dill
salt and pepper

Peel the eggplants, cut into cubes and boil 5 minutes.
Peel onions, chop finely and fry slightly in hot oil.
In a bowl mix eggplants, onions, eggs, semolina, dill (washed and chopped), salt and pepper. Leave the mixture to rest for 30 minutes (semolina will swell), then place in a baking tray lined with breadcrumbs and bake in preheated oven at medium heat for 1 hour.
