Eggs stuffed with salmon

Ingredients:
6 eggs
100 g smoked salmon
4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
spring onions
salt and pepper

Eggs stuffed with salmon

Preparation:

Boil eggs until they are hard. Carefully peel and cut in half. Remove egg yolks.
In a bowl mix the yolks with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Filled halfs of egg white with obtained mixture. Topp it with smoked salmon, cut as finely. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions. Refrigerate until serving time.
