Indian patties with vegetables

Ingredients:
200 g of flour black
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
100 ml of water
600 g of eggplant
500 g of the mushroom
1 onion
1 small zucchini
1/2 hot pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
oil
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of turmeric

Indian patties with vegetables

Preparation:

In a larger bowl mix well flour with salt and cumin. Gradually add water, stirring well, to not form lumps. Batter obtained is slightly thicker than pancake.

Chop mushrooms, eggplant and zucchini, put together in a bowl and sprinkle over them hot pepper (optional), seeded and finely chopped, paprika, salt, pepper and turmeric. Turmeric will give the patties a specific taste of Indian cuisine, but it can be without.

Clean onion, chop it finely and fry in a pan with hot oil. When onion become golden, add the eggplant, zucchini and mushrooms.
Cover with lid and cook on medium heat for 5-10 minutes until the vegetables soften. Then allowed to cool.

After the vegetables have been cooled, mixed with the batter.
With a spoon put piles of the mixture in a deep pan with hot oil (a lot) and fry evenly on both sides until nicely browned.
Serve warm.
