A hard bread
2 eggs
250 ml milk

Beat the eggs and mix well with milk. Soak bread slices in mixture (not too hard that they break) and then fry in hot pan on one side, until crisp, then on the other side. Remove to a plate covered with absorbent paper.

Milk makes the French toast to get out softer. If you wish, you can dip bread slices only in egg (in an egg can soak two slices of bread).

Finally you can scrape cheese over French toast. You can eat them with peas food or spinach.

French toast can be used as dessert, smeared with jam or honey, or powdered with sugar.
