Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 kg of minced meat
2 eggs
3 onions
2 slices of bread
1 bunch of dill
1 bunch of parsley
garlic
oil
flour
salt and pepper

Meatballs

Preparation:

Place in a bowl minced meat, chopped onions, crushed garlic, bread (soaked in water and squeezed well), eggs and chopped herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Take mixture with a tablespoon and form balls and roll them in flour. Then flatten slightly, not remain raw inside. Fry in hot oil on both sides until browned.
