Vegetable patties

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
2 carrots
2 zucchini
3-4 mushrooms
1 onion
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of dill
2-3 tablespoons of flour
oil
salt and pepper

Vegetable patties

Preparation:

Chopp finely onions and herbs. Peel and grate vegetables. Mix all in a bowl. Add flour, salt and pepper to taste.
Form balls and fry in hot oil.

You can also bake them in the oven, in a pan covered with baking paper with oil (in photo - vegetable patties in the oven).
