Peas with meat
1 kg peas
2-3 chicken legs or 4-6 thighs
2 onions
1-2 carrots
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
2-3 bay leaves

Peas with meat


Peel, wash and chop the onion and carrot, then put to cook in a little oil. When they have softened add meat, bay leaves and some water. Let it boil until the meat is cooked, fill with water when needed.
I cooked in a wok with a lid, so I did not need to add too much water.

When the meat has cooked add peas and a cup of water. Boil until the peas are cooked, then add a tablespoon of tomato sauce and dill (which has been washed and chopped in the meantime) and let boil 10 minutes. Add salt to taste.

If you want to go sweet, with the tomato sauce and dill and put half a teaspoon of sugar.
Along with food can be served french toast.
