Rustic baked potatoes

Ingredients:
2 kg potatoes
300 g bacon
150 g grated feta
150 g grated cheese
4 eggs
200 g cream
chopped parsley
butter
salt
pepper
thyme
rosemary
dill
salt, pepper

Rustic baked potatoes

Preparation:

Peel potatoes, wash and cut big chunks, then boil with water and salt for 20 minutes. Drain the water.
Cut bacon into thin slices.
Grease a pan with butter and place the potatoes and season. On top of potato layer place a layer of slices bacon.
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add sour cream and grated feta and mix well. Pour into the tray composition and sprinkle over the grated cheese and chopped parsley.
Put the tray in preheated oven 30 minutes, until nicely browned.
