Pickled cucumbers stew with meat

Ingredients:
500 g pork
500 g pickled cucumbers (in brine)
2 onions
tomato sauce or tomato juice
garlic
dill

Pickled cucumbers stew with meat

Preparation:

Cut meat into small cubes and fry with a little oil. Fry until brown slightly.
Peel and chop onion. Add to pan over the meat.
Peel garlic, slice and add to the pan. After 2-3 minutes, pour about 0.5 liters of water and let it boil for 30-40 minutes.

Cut cucumbers as desired, into cubes or slices, place in the pan, over the meat and allow to boil for another 30 minutes.
After the cucumbers are boiled, add tomato sauce or tomato juice and cook 3-5 minutes. Then add chopped dill and stop the heat.
