Pork ribs with sticky sauce
200 g ketchup
Soy sauce or Worcherster
1 cup honey
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
In a large saucepan mix ketchup, 2-3 tablespoons of sauce, honey, sugar, mustard and a cup of water. Put on heat a few minutes, until mixture get smooth. Place ribs, cover with lid and leave to marinate until the next day.
After 12-24 hours put pan over low heat and cook until meat is done.
Then remove the ribs from the sauce and bake on barbecue until nicely browned.
Meanwhile, let the sauce boil until water evaporates and becomes thick.
Roasted ribs are served with sauce.
