Liver with vegetable sauce

Ingredients:
chicken liver
onion
red pepper
tomato paste
parsley
salt
pepper
Vegeta
olive oil
butter

Liver with vegetable sauce

Preparation:
Wash well livers. Chop peppers and onion into slices, thin and long. Wash well the parsley and chop it finely.
In a skillet, add two tablespoons of olive oil and two cubes of butter, let it heat up a little, then add the washed livers, onion and pepper, two tablespoons of tomato paste, salt, pepper, Vegeta taste. Place lid and allow about 20 minutes to cook, stirring occasionally. Finally, remove the livers on a platter and sprinkle with parsley.
