Rice with vegetables in the oven

Ingredients:
1 cup rice
2 onions
2 red bell peppers
1 green bell pepper
3 carrots
1 bunch green onions
2-3 small bunches of cauliflower
1 small zucchini
parsley
Vegeta
salt
pepper

Rice with vegetables in the oven

Preparation:

All vegetables are cleaned, wash and chop larger pieces. Carrots cut into rings. Place vegetables in a pan with a few tablespoons of olive oil and cook well until they are soft.

In a pan put a cup of rice and over, pour vegetable mixture from pan. Mix slightly, add salt, Vegeta and pepper, then pour 4 cups of water and puts the tray in the oven.

Rice does not stick, there is no need to mix. When there is no water in the tray is ready. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley and cover with a lid.
