Peas with corn

1 can of peas
2-3 onions
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 small can of sweet corn
1 cup of cream
2-3 carrots
1/2 celery
2 tablespoons flour
1 bunch of parsley

Peas with corn


Clean, wash and finely chop all the vegetables. Place peas in a bowl and wash with several jets of water.
Put a few tablespoons of oil in a pot on heat, then add onions, peppers and carrots leave to cook about 10-15 minutes. Add 2-3 cups of water and a teaspoon of salt. Allow to boil for about 20 minutes, until the water decrease, then add the peas. Cook over low heat about 10 more minutes.
Separately mix flour with sour cream and a few tablespoons of water to obtain a smooth sauce, thin, and pour it into pot over peas, stirring constantly.
After 5 minutes, take the pot off the heat, add the can of corn and chopped parsley, stir and leave to cover until serving.
