Grilled trout fillet with garlic sauce

(Recipe suggested by Simo)
3-4 pieces of fillet of trout
1 head of garlic
2-3 tablespoons sour cream
salt and pepper

Wash the fish, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place on hot grill (or electric grill). Turn it on the other side when brown, to be well done on both sides.
Peel the garlic, crush and place in a bowl for mixer. Add salt and oil gradually until mixture is smooth as the mayonnaise. At the end, add a few tablespoons of water and sour cream, stirring another 2-3 minutes.
Pour this sauce over grilled fish, after it is cooled.
You can sprinkle to taste with parsley, dill and various spices.
Serve with hot polenta.
