Mexican vegetables mix with chicken

Ingredients:
400 g chicken breast
400 g Mexican mix of vegetables (corn, peas, bell peppers, mushrooms)
1/3 cup of rice
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
oil
salt and pepper

Mexican vegetables mix with chicken

Preparation:

Cut chicken breast into cubes and lightly browned in a pan with hot oil.
Add vegetables, rice and water (optional chicken soup) and allow to boil until the rice is well done.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
