Baked chicken with mushrooms

4 boneless chicken breast halves, skinless
300 ml of cream of mushroom soup
3 cups of sliced mushrooms
2 eggs
1 cup of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of butter
3-4 cups of mozzarella cheese,
3/4 cup chicken soup
salt and pepper

Baked chicken with mushrooms


Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the eggs well. Wash and clean the chicken, dip it in egg, then roll in bread crumbs mixed with spices, salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, then add the chicken and brown on both sides.
Place half of the mushrooms in a pan, put the chicken on top, cover with remaining mushrooms and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella.
Add chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and remaining mozzarella on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
