Tuscan chicken

Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken thighs
1 large onion
6 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons tomato paste
6 tablespoons olive oil
basil
marjoram
thyme
parsley
salt and pepper

Tuscan chicken

Preparation:

Wash the thighs, clean and dry well. Then cut along in thin slices.
In a bowl mix tomato paste with chopped onion, garlic, salt and ground pepper.
Brush the slices with a thick layer of sauce, then sprinkle with the basil, marjoram and thyme. Then roll and secure with toothpicks.
Place rolls in a pan with 4 tablespoons oil and 1 glass of water (or 1 glass of wine instead of water)..
Bake in well-heated oven for 20 minutes.
When ready, place rolls on a platter and serve with rice, vegetables, boiled potatoes or fries.
