salt and pepper

Leek with tongue and olives

Wash tongue and boil in a pot with water. Then clean the skin and cut into cubes.
Clean and wash the leeks, then cut slices of 1 cm.
Wash the dill and chop it finely. The olives are washed with cold water and nicked.
Place leeks to boil in a pot with lid, with some water and 2 tablespoons oil. When it begins to boil add the dill, olives and diced tongue. If necessary, add more hot water.
When leeks boiled, add a spoonful of tomato sauce mixed with a spoonful of flour and a little pepper. Boil 5-10 minutes.
Add salt to taste. If the olives are salty, add less salt.
