Roasted lamb

Ingredients:
1 leg of lamb
50 g of the oil
1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon of Vegeta
sweet paprika
salt

Roasted lamb

Preparation:

Clean and wash the leg of lamb in several waters, then wipe with a towel, rub with lemon, powder with paprika, salt and let it rest for two hours.
After two hours, rub with oil and place in the pan with the remaining oil, some water and a teaspoon of Vegeta.
Bake at medium heat, occasionally sprinkling the meat with the sauce from the tray. When it is almost ready, increases heat and stop sprinkles, to brown nicely.
