Lamb stew

(Recipe suggested by Liliana)
750 g lamb meat
3 onions
5 bundles of spring onions
3 bundles of spring garlic
1 lemon
3 lettuces
50 ml of oil
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 heaping tablespoon of flour
300 g of sour cream
3 bundles of dill
salt and pepper

Clean and wash meat, then cut pieces and fry.
Peel onion, chop and fry in hot oil. When the onion has softened add flour, stirring to not form lumps. Add tomato sauce, thinned with some water.
Add roasted meat, salt and pepper and simmer another 20 minutes.
Wash well spring onions and spring garlic and cut 2-3 cm thick slices. Wash lettuce and cut strips. Add all over boiling meat, along with lemon juice and sour cream and simmer 20 minutes.
Finally add chopped dill.
