Chicken with tomatoes

8 chicken thighs
1 kg of tomatoes
1 bunch of parsley
salt and pepper
Cut the meat into cubes and boil. When boiled, drain the broth and add chopped tomatoes. Then allow to boil well.
If tomatoes do not give enough juice, add water or chicken broth.
Finally add chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
If you do not like tomatoes peels in your food, you can peel them. It will peel easily if you put them for few seconds in boiling water.
