Veal Stew

(Recipe suggested by Andutza)
Ingredients:
700-800 g veal
6 onions
1 teaspoon sugar
200 ml of tomato juice
oil
paprika
thyme
garlic
salt and pepper

Veal Stew

Preparation:

Peel the onion and chop it Julien. Cook until it becomes sweet.
Add the veal, cut into cubes. When the meat begins to fry, add tomato juice, salt, pepper, paprika and thyme. No water is added.
When it is almost done add a teaspoon of sugar and garlic passed through the press.
It is thick, sticky and tastes really good!
