Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower
150 g grate cheese
salt
pepper

For the bechamel sauce
50 g butter
2 tablespoons flour
700 ml hot milk
salt
pepper
cardamom (optional)

Baked Cauliflower

Preparation:

Unfold the cauliflower în bouquets and boil în salted water, not too much, for not smashing them.
