2 eggs
400 g cottage cheese
4 tablespoons of semolina
4-5 tablespoons of sugar
150 g sour cream

Boil a pot of water.
Beat the eggs well. Add semolina, stirring well, not to make lumps. Then add two tablespoons of sugar and cottage cheese and stir until it becomes a smooth paste.
Take composition with a teaspoon and place in the pot with boiling water. Allow to boil for about 10 minutes, covered with lid. Then remove with a slotted spoon, sprinkle with remaining sugar and add sour cream on top.
