Rice with chicken
Ingredients:
1 chicken leg
1 carrot
2-3 tablespoons of rice
parsley

Preparation:
Wash chicken and cut into small cubes, then boil in a small pot.
Wash the carrots, peel and finely chop or grate on grater.
When meat is almost done, add the carrots and cook further until meat is done.
Add the rice and simmer about 20 minutes. When ready, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
