Smoothie with berries

Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 handful of nuts
1 handful of frozen berries
almond milk
a bit of pollen (optional)
probiotics (optional)

Smoothie with berries

Preparation:

Heat a little almond milk, then mix well all ingredients in food processor.
