Sauerkraut salad

Ingredients:
1 sour cabbage
pepper
oil

Sauerkraut salad

Preparation:

Rinse sauerkraut a little, not to be too salty and chop it finely, as for baked cabbage. Add oil and, most important ingredient pepper. Mix well and place in refrigerator.
Can be consumed with steak, fries, bean dish or potato dishes.
