Garlic cream for steak

Ingredients:
1 head of garlic
1 egg yolk boiled
2 tablespoons heavy cream
oil
salt

Garlic cream for steak

Preparation:
Peel and crush the garlic, then place in a bowl for mixing high. Add egg yolks, a pinch of salt. Mix everything at high speed with a mixer (or whisk) and gradually add oil as for mayonnaise. Once the paste was homogenized and "grown", add two tablespoons of cream and some parsley or dill chopped, as desired.
Serve with cooked meat, baked or grilled.
