500 g baked eggplant
100 ml oil
2 onions
4-5 tablespoons of sour cream

Eggplant Salad with sour cream


Clean onions. and chop them finely.
Chop baked eggplant, preferably with a wood chipper, then place in a bowl. Add oil little by little, stirring constantly. Add chopped onions and sour cream. Add salt to taste.
