Mayonnaise

Ingredients:
1 raw egg yolk
1 boiled egg yolk
250 ml oil
lemon juice
salt

Preparation:
Put boiled egg yolk in a bowl. Crush well and add raw egg yolk. Mix well with a wooden spoon until smooth.
Add oil, a little, stirring, until oil was incorporated.
Finally, after adding all the oil, add salt and lemon juice to taste.

- For easy dispensing of oil, it can be added with a spoon. When a teaspoon of oil is completely incorporatedadd the following teaspoon.
- If the mayonnaise is cut, you can add a teaspoon of mustard, mixing vigorously until it recover.
