3 large potatoes
1 small apple
1 onion
1 tablespoon of mustard

Fry the bacon in a little oil. Add apples, cut into thin slices, season and cook for another minute.
Peel potatoes, cut into thin slices and place in a tray covered with baking paper. Drizzle with oil, season and bake in hot oven at 200 ° C.
When potatoes are cooked, place in a bowl, add apples and bacon, chopped onions, mustard, vinegar and salt to taste.
Salad is served warm.
