Mustard Sauce

200 g cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 small onion
few sprigs of parsley
2 tablespoons mustard
salt and pepper

Mustard Sauce


Finely chop onion and parsley.
Separate yolks from whites (whites not used).
Mix yolks well with cottage cheese. Add mustard, chopped onion and parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
In order to obtain a smooth consistency, the sauce can be mixed a little in a blender.
