Potato Garlic Sauce

2 medium potatoes
5 garlic cloves
4 tablespoons of sour cream (or yogurt)
3 tablespoons of lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (optional)

Potato Garlic Sauce


Wash and peel the potatoes, then boil them. Let them slightly cool.
Mix well potatoes and olive oil in a blender.
Add in garlic and sour cream and blend untill you get a thick paste.
Transfer the souce to a bowl and add salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise (optional). Mix well.
Keep on the fridge and serve chilled.
